Steady Improvement After Early Pace Control Elizabeth began the race with consistent pacing, holding a 15:58 min/mile for the first two miles. It's remarkable to see her maintain such steadiness at the start, ranking 8593 overall and placing 1280 in the F20-29 division. Notably, from mile three, there was a positive shift in performance; she advanced 386 positions overall by mile six after Hayes Hill. Her pacing improved notably, clocking a swift 11:19 min/mile split between miles six and seven.
