Consistent Progress and Strong Finish Hilary Winslow maintained a consistent pace throughout most of the race, progressively improving in her split times. Notably, despite initial splits averaging around 29:49 min/mile, by mile 7, she reduced her split pace significantly to 18:11 min/mile. This demonstrates her ability to adapt and push through, especially after Hayes Hill from 2.2 to 2.7 miles. Her performance in the second half of the race shows resilience and strategic pacing.
