Improved Late Performance Lindsay Blocker maintained a consistent pace in the early miles, with split times of 12:22 for both the first and second miles, remaining steady in her division placement. Starting at the Hayes Hill climb, her pace dropped to 16:56, but despite this, she improved her division placement from 1021 to 968. The steep hill influenced her overall pace, but she efficiently gained momentum right after. After the challenging section, Lindsay demonstrated an impressive recovery, finishing the sixth mile in 11:45. Her overall pace for the race was 13:14 min/mile, completing the 12K with a strong finish. Her performance peaked in the sixth and seventh miles, resulting in a 907th place position in her division. Using this information, focusing on maintaining pace during climbs could further enhance performance. Keep up the great work!
