Despite losing some time on the hill, Maya displayed a significant pickup in her pace thereafter, particularly noted in miles 5 and 6, each completed at a 12:22 min/mile pace. She concluded her race with an average pace of 13:47 min/mile, finishing 8567th overall out of 24,386 participants.
