Impressive Finish with Consistent Pacing Adam Walker demonstrated remarkable consistency in pacing during the 2026 Bay to Breakers 12K. Starting strong with a 5:06 min/mile pace, he navigated the early miles effectively. He hit the challenging segment, Hayes Hill, presented in the third mile but maintained an admirable level of tenacity. His pace on the hill was 5:35 min/mile, which, while slower than earlier splits, didn't hinder his performance significantly as he moved up to first in his division at this point.
