Consistent Pacing with a Strong Finish Jennifer Chiou from Foster City, CA, delivered a steady performance at the 2026 Bay to Breakers event, covering 7.45 miles in 1:22:28, averaging an 11:04 min/mile pace. The early miles were consistent, clocking identical paces of 10:43 min/mile for the first two miles.
