Consistent Recovery and Strong Finish Aryn demonstrated consistency in pacing, especially notable after passing the challenging Hayes Hill section. Despite starting out with a steady pace near 21:25 min/mile for the first mile, adjustments were necessary by mile 3 due to the steepness of Hayes Hill, leading to a slower 33:14 min/mile pace. This shows an ability to adapt to course difficulties. Recovery was evident between miles 6 and 7, marked by a renewed pace of 29:17 min/mile, improving to 24:07 min/mile in the final stretch. Finishing strong with an elapsed time of 3:38:43 over 7.45 miles, Aryn moved up to place 14829 from an overall start of 19191. Consider working on maintaining early pace consistency across varying terrains for future events. Overall, impressive effort in a field of 24,386 participants!
