Consistent Performance with Strong Finish Christopher maintained a steady start, with the first two splits showing identical times of 20:08 min/mile. He began with a solid pace through the first mile and held it through the second. Notably, his strongest uphill performance through Hayes Hill was solid and consistent with a minimal increase in elapsed pace to 20:55 min/mile by mile three. In the latter half, Christopher showed impressive resilience by improving his positioning significantly from the 4th to the 5th mile, where his pace stabilized at 22:04 min/mile. He finished strong with a final overall pace of 21:46 min/mile, climbing in the rankings especially between miles 5 to 6, making noticeable gains. Maintaining a consistent average pace throughout the race, Christopher positioned himself well, particularly within the M30-39 division. Enhancing pacing strategy in the middle miles could potentially yield even better results in future races.
