Strong Finish After Steady Progress Nishant Tyagi, from Walnut Creek, showed consistent pacing throughout the 12K Bay to Breakers race, finishing in 2:29:26 with an average pace of 20:03 min/mile. Notably, Nishant improved his position in the latter part of the race, particularly in the 6th mile, moving up significantly to place 8th in his division for that segment. Notably, he maintained a balanced pace from start to finish, ending strong with a 17:58 min/mile in the final mile. Nishant is part of the Canadian Solar USA team, and his determination was evident as he climbed the steep Hayes Hill, which began at mile 2.2 and ended at 2.7. Despite the challenging elevation, he managed to keep pushing forward.
