Outstanding Mid-Race Surge and Consistent Finish Garrett Patrick showcased impressive pacing in the 2026 Bay to Breakers 12K. Starting strong with a 5:05 min/mile in the first mile, he maintained a steady pace, dropping slightly to 5:12 and 5:31 min/mile over the next two miles. Notably, he climbed to 2nd in his gender and division after completing the challenging third mile segment, where steep inclination often tests endurance.
