Consistent Finish with a Strong Closing Pace In the 2026 Bay to Breakers 12K, Hayden Low demonstrated a consistent pace throughout the race. Starting with a split pace of 12:04 min/mile for the first two miles, Hayden maintained this speed up until Hayes Hill. By mile 3, the pace shifted to 13:11 min/mile, reflecting the steep hill, which is a challenging segment for many runners. Despite the difficulty of Hayes Hill, Hayden steadily improved his pace in the subsequent segments. Notably, Hayden's endurance became apparent as he finished the last three miles with a consistent split pace of 11:46 min/mile, showing determination and energy conservation.
