Consistent Pace with Strong Finish Trish Watson showed remarkable consistency throughout the 2026 Bay to Breakers 12K. Starting with a steady pace of 20:52 min/mile for the first two miles, she maintained her strategy, as seen by her split of 18:24 min/mile in the third mile, notably faster through the challenging Hayes Hill section. Her climb in the rankings is commendable, where she moved from being 81st to finishing 35th in her division (F70-79). The last segment of the race showcased a compelling effort with a 13:05 min/mile pace, a significant improvement from the early stages. Trish's determination and pacing adjustments reflect a strong performance, finishing in the top half overall and among women. Continuing to focus on maintaining this strength in the middle and late stages of her races could be beneficial. Great job representing Fenton Grant Defect Solvers strong presence on the course.
