Steady Performance with Strong Finish! Allison maintained a consistent early pace with a 12:47 min/mile for the first two miles. This consistent start helped maintain positioning, with a notable improvement in rankings by over 1,100 places overall and 86 places within her division by the sixth mile. The medium-paced mile through Hayes Hill at mile 3, where the split time dropped to a 16:00 min/mile, affected her pace slightly, but Allison showed resilience in later stages. The latter part of the race tells the story of effective stamina and pacing. Allison improved after mile 5, clocking a 12:45 min/mile split for mile 7, resulting in an improved overall placement. Her overall elapsed time was 1:43:10 with a pace of 13:50 min/mile over 7.45 miles. Concluding strongly with a solid team performance with Prime Heat, focusing on hill training could enhance future results. Great effort throughout!
