Strong Finish in the Second Half Grace Seifert participated in the 2026 Bay to Breakers 12K race. She maintained a consistent pace for the first two miles, clocking in at 11:20 minutes per mile. Although Hayes Hill increased her split time to 15:06, she showed resilience by reducing her pace in the subsequent miles. Grace's placing did fluctuate, starting at 4215th overall and yet standing at 5682nd by the race's end. Grace showed notable improvement in the latter half, with her pace reaching 10:51 for the sixth mile. In the final mile, her pace continued to improve, completing the race with an overall average pace of 12:02 minutes per mile. Grace's performance was distinct in her division, especially as she moved from 545th to 698th in F20-29.
