Consistent Pace Improvement Key to Success Nina exhibited excellent pacing strategy, improving her speed significantly after the initial mile. Starting with a split pace of 12:34 min/mile, by the seventh mile she achieved a remarkable 7:44 min/mile. From the second to the third mile, she climbed over Hayes Hill, showing strong pacing with the 11:27 min/mile split. She consistently moved up the ranks from her starting position of overall 4924th. By the end of the race, Nina impressively placed 2328th out of 24,523 participants overall. Her final elapsed pace was 9:49 min/mile, leading to a finishing time of 1:13:11 over the 12K distance. Compared to her peers in the F30-39 division, she rose to 238th place, showcasing her competitive edge.
