Consistent Performance with Strong Mid-Race Splits Victor Kabdebon completed the 15K Breakers Bonus in a time of 1:19:25, maintaining an overall pace of 8:36 min/mile. His splits show an impressive ability to recover and maintain a strong pace over multiple segments. Notable splits include the second mile at a quick 8:10 min/mile and a solid 8:08 min/mile during miles five and seven. These consistent mid-race efforts contributed significantly to his overall steady performance. Victor experienced some challenges during the eighth mile, where his split dropped to 9:43 min/mile, coinciding with the renowned Hayes Hill section. Encouragingly, he managed to regain composure by the following mile with a pace improvement to 8:47 min/mile. Overall, Victor placed well within his division, M30-39, grasping 82nd place out of the field, a commendable result considering the competition. Continued focus on hill training might yield beneficial gains in future races.
