Consistent Pace with Strong Finish Kyle Folsom demonstrated remarkable consistency throughout the 9.22-mile race at the 2026 Bay to Breakers. His splits began with a solid 10:17 min/mile pace for the first two miles. Hayes Hill, from 2.2 to 2.7 miles, influenced the time, with splits reflecting an 11:24 and 11:37 min/mile pace in the following segments. Despite the elevation, by mile six, Kyle picked up the pace at 9:31 min/mile, showing resilience. Towards the race's end, Kyle maintained steady splits around the 10:58 min/mile mark.
