Impressive Pace Recovery and Consistent Advancement Suman Ghosh maintained a steady start during the first two miles, clocking in splits of 10:15 and 10:35 min/mile. At the challenging Hayes Hill, his pace understandably slowed slightly to 11:20 min/mile in mile 3, affecting his overall standing. Impressively, he bounced back swiftly, recording a 10:01 min/mile for mile 4 and further increasing his pace as the race progressed. His most impressive performance was towards the end, showcasing significant negative splits with a remarkable 7:36 min/mile for mile 7. Overall, Suman completed the 12K race in 1:10:36 with an average pace of 9:28 min/mile, placing 499th in the M30-39 division out of 26545 participants.
