Consistent Effort with a Strong Finish Sasha Zullo displayed a commendable performance in the 2026 Bay to Breakers 12K, finishing with an overall time of 1:26:02 and an average pace of 11:32 min/mile. Notably, her pacing consistency in the first two miles, maintaining paces of 10:51 and 10:49 min/mile, allowed for a solid start to the race. The steep Hayes Hill affected many runners' pace; Sasha's split at the third mile showed this, with an increased pace of 15:20 min/mile.
