Strong Finish with Consistent Pace Improvements Jeffrey Marin delivered a commendable performance at the 2026 Bay to Breakers 12K. Starting with an 11:04 min/mile pace at the first mile, his pace slightly slowed by mile 2 (11:55 min/mile) and hit a more challenging 15:22 min/mile at mile 3, likely due to the impact of Hayes Hill. However, he successfully regained momentum, clocking a 10:00 min/mile pace for the consecutive fourth and fifth mile splits.
