Consistent Improvement Across Splits Aria demonstrated a notable improvement as the race progressed. Starting with a first-mile split time of 12:35 at a pace of 12:35 min/mile, her overall elapsed pace improved to 15:12 min/mile by the end of the race. A significant challenge came during the second mile, clocking a split pace of 23:03 min/mile, coinciding with the tough Hayes Hill segment from 2.2 to 2.7 miles, which presented a steep ascent. However, Aria maintained focus and made impressive progress from there. Her steady pace increased significantly in the latter half of the race. This is especially noteworthy in the final two splits, where she reached a split pace of 12:49 min/mile and 12:41 min/mile, respectively, for miles six and seven. Improvement is evident as she progressed from 13505th overall to finishing at 11378th. Additionally, boosting her division placement from 2253rd to 1777th is commendable, reflecting her positive momentum and resilience during the race.
