Consistent Performance with Strategic Pacing Bryant Beck maintained remarkable consistency throughout the race with only two slight increases in split times. The initial two miles clocked in at an impressive 6:11 min/mile pace, showcasing a strong start. A noted deceleration occurred during miles 3 and 8, with paces of 7:24 and 7:31 min/mile, respectively. These drops coincided with Hayes Hill between miles 2.2 and 2.7, which likely influenced these times.
