Strong Start, Steady Finish Hunter Jackson demonstrated impressive consistency throughout the 2025 Boulderthon. Starting strong, she completed the first mile in 7:10. By mile 5, Hunter was securing her place, maintaining a pace of 7:21 and leading her age division. The first half of the marathon displayed remarkable control with solid minute-per-mile times, highlighting her endurance and race strategy. As the race progressed, the pace naturally shifted slightly slower, averaging 8:12 min/mile by the finish. Notably, Hunter's performance shone early on, with a strong presence in the F25-29 division where she held the top spots for much of the race. There was a gradual deceleration in the second half, a common occurrence in marathons. Focusing on maintaining her early race pace through the later stages could improve overall results.
