Consistent Improvement Showcased in a Half Marathon Performance Eleanor delivered an impressive performance in the 2025 Boulderthon, finishing the half marathon with a time of 1:31:24 at a pace of 6:58 min/mile. Her pacing strategy was consistent, maintaining all mile splits well under 7:24, with her best mile at a 6:39 pace. Notably, her performance demonstrated significant improvement from the previous year, shaving off over 13 minutes from her 2024 Boulderthon time of 1:44:25. Eleanor finished 7th in her division (F25-29), 30th among female participants, outperforming many of her competitors. Her ability to maintain a consistent pace throughout the race allowed her to navigate placements efficiently despite minor fluctuations. As a coach, it might be beneficial to work on maintaining a slightly more consistent split pace throughout each section of the race to further enhance her next performance.
