Consistent Middle Miles Anchor a Strong Closing Kick Autumn Less finished the 2026 Boulderthon Marathon in 4:53:14, an 11:11 min/mile pace, out of a field of 3,305. Last year she ran the Boulderthon Half Marathon in 2:11:26 at 10:02 min/mile; doubling the distance this time meant carrying a slower per-mile pace across far more ground. Her cumulative pace held steady in the 10:20s through the first 14 miles, eased into the 10:40s-11:00s by mile 20, and drifted further before she brought her overall average back down over the final miles. Miles 1 through 14 were her most even running of the day, with every split landing between 10:11 and 10:54. She passed through the lululemon Power-Up Zone near mile 22.5, around the point where her pace had loosened into the 13-minute range, then answered with a strong rally, closing miles 24 through 26 at 11:37, 11:44, and 11:01 her fastest of the race's second half.
