Steady Early Pace Gives Way to a Determined Final Push Olivia Saint finished the 2026 Boulderthon Marathon in 4:32:57, settling into a rhythm of 9:4510:00 per mile through the first 18 miles of the course. That stretch, particularly miles 10 through 13, was her strongest of the day, holding an average pace near 9:29 per mile as she moved through the middle miles. From mile 19 onward, her per-mile pace eased into the 11-minute range, a shift that shaped the back half of her race as she worked toward the Pearl Street Mall finish. Running at altitude in Boulder, over a mile above sea level, adds its own demands to any marathon effort, and Saint's ability to bank a consistent middle stretch before the late-race pace adjustment speaks to a well-managed overall approach.
