Denver Runner Shaves 12 Minutes Off Personal Boulderthon Best Sam Meiser finished the 2026 Boulderthon Marathon in 3:36:26, placing 147th overall and 126th among men. That's a clear improvement over his 2023 Boulderthon time of 3:48:42, cutting more than twelve minutes off his previous mark on this course. Meiser's early pace was his sharpest, hitting 8:03 by mile one and dipping into the high 7:00s through mile six. He held a steady 8:00-8:10 rhythm through the middle miles before easing slightly in the back half, settling into the 8:20-8:55 range from mile 20 onward. His strongest sustained stretch came at miles 17-18, both covered at 7:50 pace. He passed near the lululemon Power-Up Zone around mile 22.5 as his pace settled near 8:55, before closing out the final miles into downtown Boulder's Pearl Street Mall finish.
