Strong Start Fuels a Steady Marathon Finish Simcha Bradski completed the 2026 Boulderthon Marathon in 4:22:33. Her opening miles were her sharpest work of the day, covering the first mile in 8:22 and holding sub-8:45 pace through mile 7 before the effort gradually settled over the back half of the course. The race unfolded in two clear phases: a brisk first 10 miles averaging under 9:00 per mile, followed by a steady decline through the middle and later miles as pace eased into the 10:0012:00 range between miles 19 and 22. Miles 23 through 26 saw a slight rebound, closing near 10:2411:34 pace as she pushed toward the finish. That final stretch carried her onto the Pearl Street Mall in downtown Boulder, a fitting cap to a marathon that began strong and finished with composure at altitude above 5,000 feet.
