Date: Sept. 27, 2026 Participant: Jessica Vocaturo #11244 Race: 2026 Boulderthon Marathon Distance: 26.2 miles

Steady Early Miles Give Way to a Tough Back Stretch Jessica Vocaturo finished the 2026 Boulderthon Marathon in 4:35:04, an average pace of 10:29 per mile. Vocaturo ran an even first half, holding 9:21 pace through the opening five miles and staying inside 9:30 per mile through mile 12. That opening stretch, miles 1-5 in 46:48, stood as her strongest of the day. Pace gradually eased through the middle miles, then dropped off more sharply from mile 19 onward, with several miles in the 11-13 minute range before a final push down to an 11:37 mile 26 split. She would have passed the lululemon Power-Up Zone near mile 22.5 during that later, harder-fought stretch. The race, like every Boulderthon distance, finished on the Pearl Street Mall in downtown Boulder, a city sitting above 5,000 feet of elevation.
