Fastest Finish Yet at Boulderthon Jeremy Lamb ran 1:34:48 to finish 216th overall and 175th among men, his quickest Boulderthon half marathon result across four appearances, improving on 1:35:52 in 2025, 1:39:23 in 2024, and 1:44:40 in 2023. He opened briskly through the first four miles near 6:50 pace, settled into the 7:107:40 range through the middle miles, then closed with his strongest sustained running of the day, covering miles 12 and 13 in 7:05 and 7:03 for a strong finish into downtown Boulder. This year's half course carried roughly 203 feet of net elevation gain, nearly half of prior editions, on a route that sits above 5,000 feet in Boulder. Given the closing surge, Lamb might consider experimenting with a slightly more even pace through the middle miles to see if that late strength can be applied earlier.
