Steady Pace Carries a Strong Half Marathon Finish Alyx Doughty completed the 2026 Boulderthon Half Marathon in 1:59:47, an even effort that held close to a 9:08 min/mile pace throughout. This finish trails her 2024 Boulderthon result of 1:47:05, when she ran at an 8:10 min/mile pace. The race unfolded with remarkable consistency early miles settled near 9:109:15 min/mile, a mid-race stretch from miles 711 held in the 9:129:39 min/mile range, and the final mile dropped to 8:05, the fastest mile of the race. That closing surge reflects a well-managed effort, finishing stronger than she started.
