Strong Finish Fuels a Personal Best Kyle Senescu ran 1:32:47 in the half marathon, placing 178th overall and 146th among men out of the field of 7,223. That's a marked improvement over his 2024 Boulderthon half, where he finished in 1:35:40 nearly three minutes slower. Senescu's pace stayed remarkably even through the first eight miles, holding between 7:03 and 7:09 per mile. Miles nine and ten stood out as his most efficient stretch, both clocking 6:55 per mile, helping him build momentum into the closing miles. He capped the race with a strong mile 12 at 6:52, showing he had plenty left for the finish. Running this consistently at Boulder's elevation of over 5,000 feet speaks to solid pacing discipline throughout the race.
