Faster Finish, Stronger Pace: A Year-Over-Year Half Marathon Breakthrough Meggy Wiley crossed the half marathon in 1:50:59, an 8:28 min/mile pace, improving on her 2025 Boulderthon finish of 1:54:29 (8:44 min/mile). Her early miles set the tone, holding between 8:04 and 8:20 through the first nine miles before a natural dip in miles 10 and 11 (9:02 and 9:16). She rallied over the closing two miles, dropping back to 8:26 and 8:16 to close strong. Her standout stretch came at mile 5, clocked at 8:04, the fastest mile of her race. Running this course at over 5,000 feet of elevation, Wiley's pacing discipline and late-race recovery reflect a well-managed effort worth building on for next year.
