Date: Sept. 27, 2026 Participant: Lindsay Unruh #22352 Race: 2026 Boulderthon Half Marathon Distance: 13.1 miles

Steady Pace Holds Strong Into a Fast Finish Lindsay Unruh crossed the line in 1:48:54, placing 710th overall and 191st among women out of the field of 7,223. That finish essentially matched her 2024 Boulderthon half marathon result of 1:48:09, showing consistent fitness across the two efforts. Her pacing stayed remarkably even through the race, hovering between 8:10 and 8:39 per mile for the first eleven miles. The final two miles proved to be her standout stretch, dropping to a 7:52 average pace per mile the fastest sustained mile-plus segment of her race as she closed strong through the final miles toward downtown Boulder's Pearl Street Mall finish. That surge came at elevation, with Boulder sitting above 5,000 feet throughout the course.
