Her pace across the course reflected a strong front half: she opened with six miles averaging 6:54 per mile, then eased through the middle miles before closing with a 7:28 final split. That opening six-mile stretch stands as the fastest sustained running of her race, holding sub-7:00 pace before the middle miles settled into the low 7:00s to low 8:00s. She trimmed her overall time by nearly 49 minutes year over year, a result run on a 2026 half marathon course with net elevation gain cut nearly in half, from 384 to 203 feet, at Boulder's 5,000-plus-foot altitude.
