Consistent Pacing Powers a Top-10% Finish Lilly Markusch ran the 2026 Boulderthon Half Marathon in 1:45:21, an 8:02/mile pace that placed her 556th overall and 135th among women, putting her in the top 10% of the field. Her race held a steady rhythm, with mile splits mostly clustered between 7:55 and 8:20 through the middle miles. The final mile stood out as her fastest full mile, covered in 7:34, capping the race with a strong surge as she approached the Pearl Street Mall. That closing effort, paired with even pacing across the rest of the course, reflects strong control given Boulder's elevation above 5,000 feet.
