Steady Miles Give Way to a Strong Closing Kick Juan Dejesus finished the 2026 Boulderthon Half Marathon in 1:51:50, placing 904th overall and 638th among men. That's off his 2025 result at the same event, where he ran 1:43:06. Dejesus settled into a groove through the middle miles, holding between 8:35 and 9:01 pace from mile 2 through mile 8. He found another gear in the closing stretch, running his fastest mile of the race between miles 11 and 12 at 7:43 pace, a segment he matched again through mile 13. That late surge pulled his overall placement up notably compared to where he sat at the midpoint, capping the race on the Pearl Street Mall in downtown Boulder.
