Strong Start Carries Steady Half Marathon Finish Angela Tarry finished the half marathon in 1:50:17, faster than her 2024 result of 2:13:41 and just over a minute behind her 2025 finish of 1:48:42. Her opening six miles were her sharpest work of the day, holding pace between 7:47 and 8:06 per mile before easing through the middle miles. A stretch near miles 78 slowed into the 8:569:00 range, but she rallied over the closing two miles, clocking 8:25 and 8:15 to bring her cumulative pace in at 8:25 per mile. The course winds past Boulder Reservoir before finishing on the Pearl Street Mall, all above 5,000 feet of elevationa fitting backdrop for a runner who has now improved her Boulderthon half marathon time in back-to-back years.
