Strong Start Fades Late in a Slower 10K Than Last Year Jamie Cassidy finished the 2026 Boulderthon 10K in 59:01, an 9:31 min/mile pace. That's off her 2025 10K time of 54:44 (8:49 min/mile) at the same distance. Cassidy's race shape showed early strength giving way to a tougher back half. Her first two miles were her fastest, clocked at 8:49 and 8:50, before mile three slowed to 9:24 and mile four stretched to 10:01. Mile five rebounded to 9:22, but mile six eased to 10:53 as she closed out the course. Running at over 5,000 feet of elevation, holding that opening pace through the early miles stands out as the highlight of her effort.
