Date: Sept. 27, 2026 Participant: Reid Neumann #30491 Race: 2026 Boulderthon 10K Distance: 6.2 miles

Steady Pace Anchored by a Strong Fifth Mile Reid Neumann finished the 10K in 1:50:39, an overall pace of 17:50 per mile. His splits stayed remarkably consistent through the first four miles17:25, 18:11, 17:49, and 18:00before he found his best stretch of the day, clocking 16:11 for mile five, his fastest of the race. The final mile eased back to 19:52, closing out a run marked by control rather than fade. Racing through downtown Boulder, which sits above 5,000 feet of elevation, Neumann's ability to hold pace across the middle miles and then surge in the fifth speaks to well-managed effort at altitude. Finishing on the historic Pearl Street Mall, he capped a run defined by consistency, with room to build on that closing kick in future efforts.
