Strong Mid-Race Surge Powers Steady 10K Finish Erick Ramiro completed the 2026 Boulderthon 10K in 57:50, an average pace of 9:19 per mile, finishing 520th overall among the field of 3,071 and 302nd among men. This result follows Erick's 2025 Boulderthon Marathon finish in 4:54:17, a much longer distance run at an 11:13 pace. Across the 10K, his cumulative pace held steady between 9:09 and 9:27 per mile through the first four miles before he found his best stretch: mile five came in at 8:18, his fastest mile of the race. He eased slightly over the final mile to close out the effort. Given Boulder's elevation above 5,000 feet, this was a well-paced run, with that fifth mile standing out as the highlight of the day.
