Date: Sept. 27, 2026 Participant: Nicholas Reinicke #30505 Race: 2026 Boulderthon 10K Distance: 6.2 miles

Steady Pace Powers a Strong 10K Finish Nicholas Reinicke finished the 2026 Boulderthon 10K in 43:04, placing 47th overall and 33rd among men in a field of 3,071. His race stayed tightly controlled through the first four miles, holding between 6:43 and 6:57 cumulative pace before a strong fifth mile his fastest of the day at 6:28 pulled his overall average down further. A slightly slower final mile brought him home, but the pace held within a narrow band from start to finish, a sign of well-managed effort across the distance. Given Boulder's elevation above 5,000 feet, that consistency stands out as the clearest strength of the race.
