Date: Sept. 27, 2026 Participant: Rebekah Bressler #30907 Race: 2026 Boulderthon 10K Distance: 6.2 miles

Strong Mid-Race Surge Highlights Steady 10K Effort Rebekah Bressler completed the 2026 Boulderthon 10K in 59:58, an average pace of 9:40 per mile. Her race unfolded with a gradual build through the first four miles, drifting from 9:27 to 9:42 per mile, before she found her rhythm in mile five, clocking her fastest mile of the day at 9:01. That surge came right before the closing stretch, which saw her pace ease off as she approached the line. Bressler's fifth mile stood out as the highlight of her race, a notable rebound after four miles of incremental slowing. The finish capped a day that ended, like all Boulderthon distances, on the historic Pearl Street Mall in downtown Bouldera fitting close to a race run at altitude above 5,000 feet.
