Big Gains Since Last 10K, With a Strong Mid-Race Surge Brittney Andrews finished the 2026 Boulderthon 10K in 1:01:26, a sharp improvement over her 1:13:01 in the same race in 2023. She also brings experience from the 2025 Boulderthon Half Marathon. Her pace held steady through the first two miles at 9:34, dipped slightly through miles three and four, then surged in mile five to a race-best 9:07 split before easing back over the final mile. That mile five stretch stands out as her strongest of the day, a notable pickup in the middle of the race. Andrews' finish, run at Boulder's altitude of over 5,000 feet, closed out on the historic Pearl Street Mall in downtown Boulder, the finish line shared by every distance in the event.
