Strong Front Half Fuels a Top-10% 10K Finish Andrew Antony crossed the line in 53:42, good for 298th overall and 199th among men out of the field of 3,071. He built his cumulative pace down to 8:34 min/mile by mile 5 before a final mile that eased to 9:18, settling his overall pace at 8:41 min/mile. His fifth mile was the standout of the day, a 8:08 clip that was his fastest of the race after three straight miles in the 8:30s8:40s. That stretch came as the course wound toward the finish on the Pearl Street Mall in downtown Boulder, a city sitting over 5,000 feet of elevation.
