Date: Sept. 27, 2026 Participant: Jamariae Wilson #32776 Race: 2026 Boulderthon 10K Distance: 6.2 miles

Fast Start Fuels a Steady Finish in the 10K Jamariae Wilson completed the 2026 Boulderthon 10K in 57:15. He opened with a strong first mile at 6:48, easily his quickest stretch of the race, before settling into a more moderate rhythm over the remaining miles, with per-mile times gradually easing into the 10:00-10:41 range through the finish. Racing at altitude in Boulder, sitting above 5,000 feet, Wilson's early pace reflects a confident opening effort before the elevation and distance evened things out. The finish carried him onto the Pearl Street Mall in downtown Boulder, capping a race defined by that fast start and a controlled close.
