Steady Pace Anchors a Top-Tier 10K Finish Eythan Holladay finished the 2026 Boulderthon 10K in 47:43, placing 113th overall and 81st among men in a field of 3,071also good for 2nd in the M50-54 division. He moved through the first four miles in the 7:287:51 range, tightened to a 7:06 fifth mile, his fastest of the day, then eased to 8:49 over the final mile as he closed out the race on the Pearl Street Mall in downtown Boulder. Holladay's overall pace of 7:41 per mile reflects a race run largely on rhythm, with the fifth mile standing out as his strongest stretch. Given the finish at over 5,000 feet of elevation, that consistency through the middle miles is a solid marker to build from for future 10Ks.
