Mile five was his fastest of the day at 7:08, and though the final mile eased back to 8:16, his cumulative pace never strayed far from the mid-7:40s, reflecting a controlled, well-managed race from start to finish. Running the 10K at Boulder's altitude of over 5,000 feet, Finn's steady effort held up well across the distance.
