Solis Sprints to a Sub-50 10K in Boulder Claudia Solis crossed the 2026 Boulderthon 10K in 48:40, finishing 137th overall and 38th among women in a field of 3,071. Last year, Solis completed the Boulderthon Half Marathon in 2:06:37 this year's pace of 7:50 min/mile marks a sharp improvement in speed over that previous outing. Solis ran a strong opening mile at 7:24, and held between 7:24 and 7:39 pace through the first four miles. Her fifth mile was her fastest full-mile stretch, clocked at 7:25, before easing slightly to close out the race. Given the strength of that middle stretch, Solis might consider whether a touch more early restraint could set up an even stronger finishing kick in future races.
