Steady Pace Carries Davis Through Boulder's 10K Jameson Davis ran the 2026 Boulderthon 10K in 57:26, holding a consistent rhythm across the field of 3,071. Davis's mile splits stayed tight through the first four miles, ranging from 9:11 to 9:19, before he found his fastest mile of the race in mile five at 8:45. That surge came right before the course's closing stretch tightened up again, with the final mile settling near 10:05. Overall pace across the 10K held at 9:20 per mile, a mark of disciplined, even effort from start to finish. With the race finishing on the Pearl Street Mall in downtown Boulder, Davis closed out a well-managed run at altitude, a factor worth noting given Boulder's elevation above 5,000 feet.
